Implementation

Live on your library website in under a day. No IT project required.

Four-Step Process

01

API Access

Your systems librarian generates a read-only Primo API key and shares it securely with Arcadia. This takes about 10 minutes and requires no special permissions beyond your existing Primo administrator access.

02

Catalogue Connection

Arcadia configures the connection to your live catalogue and runs test queries to confirm everything is working correctly. This takes less than a day on Arcadia's end.

03

Embed the Widget

You receive a single line of code to add to your library website template. It looks like this:

<script src="https://www.arcadialib.com/static/widget.js"></script>

Your IT team adds it once and Arcadia appears on every page of your library site automatically.

04

Walkthrough

Arcadia provides a 30-minute video call walkthrough for your library team showing how the widget works, what researchers see, and how to interpret the briefings it generates.
